Bronwen Thomas

Bronwen Thomas was previously PI for the Researching Readers Online and Digital Reading Network projects and is Professor of English and New Media in the Faculty of Media and Communication at Bournemouth University. Bronwen has been researching online literary communities and fanfiction sites for many years, and has also written about new forms of literature emerging on the internet and social media. At Bournemouth University she is Director of the Centre for the Study of Journalism, Culture and Community. Having bought her current home because it even had a bookshelf in the bathroom, she also enjoys reading on her Kindle and Ipad. She is currently writing a book on Literature and Social Media.
